Day 1: Arrival

Arrival into Beirut International Airport.
Meet and assist by SAAD Tours representative and transfer to the hotel for check in.
Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Day 2: Beirut City With The Hidder Culinary Aspects - Cooking Class

Drive along Beirut City seashore to the picturesque Pigeons rock; Continue to visit the National museum which was built in 1937, the Beirut National Museum houses antiquities and treasures from all over Lebanon, dating from prehistoric times through the Ottoman period. The museum exhibits 1300 artifacts from its collection of approximately 100,000 objects. It displays follow a chronological circuit beginning in Prehistory and ending in the Ottoman era. After the museum, continue the visit to Beirut
City Center ‘Solidere” to discover Beirut city center which contains sites and monuments spanning 5,000 years and layers of civilizations from the Canaanite to the Ottoman, including the Phoenician, Persian,
Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Umayyad, Abbasid, Crusader and Mamluk periods. Underscored in the urban design and conveyed to the public through lively educational experiences, their importance has
made Beirut a historic city destination. After the cultural tour, discover the hidden culinary aspects of the city.
Late afternoon, pick up from the hotel for a cooking class followed by dinner.

Day 3: Baalbeck temples, Ksara winery, and Anjar

Early departure to Baalbeck, on the way you will notice the magnificent Bekaa plain. Once in Baalbeck, you will see the most colossal monuments ever to be found from the Romans period, the Temple of Jupiter with its sumptuous columns, the richly decorated Temple of Bacchus and the original pentagonal Temple of Venus. Then continue the tour to Ksara winery for some delightful Lebanese wine tasting.
Then visit Domaine des Tourelles the oldest commercial winery in Lebanon starting business back to 1868. The prestigious Property is classified among the finest boutique wineries of the Middle-East, described in the Financial Times as "the most seductive winery " in Lebanon.

Day 4: Sidon Foodies and Cooking Class

Pick up from the hotel to discover Lebanon’s Culinary aspect where culture, history and cuisine all combine to create a truly mesmerizing culinary travel experience. You will discover a new region in Lebanon, Explore the city’s best street food; you’ll earn your hearty “mankouchi”, tasty “foul” and the
superb mouthwatering “knefeh”. 43 km south of Beirut, lies the third great Phoenician city-state which experienced its golden age during the Persian era between end of the 6th century BC and mid of 4th century BC. The Crusader brought Sidon new prestige, as second of four baronies of the Kingdom of Jerusalem. Today you can enjoy visiting the ruins of the fortress church known as the Castle of the Sea which was erected by the Crusading Knights of St. John. In the old town, more recent Mamluk and
Ottoman buildings worth a visit such as Soap Caravansary (Khan Assabun), Franks Caravansary (Khan El- Franj) built by Emir Fakhreddin II,
Late afternoon, pick up from the hotel for a cooking class followed by dinner.

Day 5: Tripoli with Original Delices

Pick up from the hotel to discover a city where modern and medieval blend easily into a lively and hospitable metropolis. Known as the capital of the North, Tripoli is Lebanon's second largest city.
Discover the hidden culinary aspects of the city. Visit the old souks, visit of the Khan Al Saboun. Pass by the Khan el Khayyatin (Tailors), souk al sagha (Gold market). Continue to Hallab to have lunch and taste Lebanon‘s best delicacies.

Pick up from the hotel before 3 hours for final flight departure.
