Overview
Drive North of Beirut to the Dog River where history’s great conquerors left carved on the cliffs 19 inscriptions in memory of their glory. Continue the drive towards Byblos (Jbeil) the Phoenician city known to being the oldest continually inhabited town, where you will visit the Crusaders’ castle, the Phoenician temples and the Roman theater, the Royal Necropolis and enjoy a lovely promenade on the coast next to the port.
